Lights & Electric Repairs

The purpose of this project is to make electrical repairs and replace existing fluorescent/incandescent lights with LEDs at the 200th Combat Weather Flight facility. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to perform the work, and must conform to industry standards, Unified Facilities Code (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), and NFPA-70 requirements. • The project involves installing two new circuits and four new receptacles, repairing one exterior flood light, and removing and replacing ten 2'x4' light fixtures. • The project also includes an option to remove and replace additional light fixtures. • The Government's Period of Performance is sixty calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). • The Construction Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project. • The current wage determination(s) at the time of contract award will be formally incorporated into the final contract.
