The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive interior painting services for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) at the Veterans Home of California in Chula Vista. The work includes surface preparation, priming, and finishing of walls, ceilings, doors, and exposed MEP components across multiple pods (areas 300, 700, 1100). The contractor must hold a valid California C‑33 Painting and Decorating license or a B General Building license, comply with prevailing‑wage requirements, provide a one‑year workmanship warranty, and meet all insurance and DVBE/Small‑Business certification obligations.
