Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Philips Healthcare America LLC for a software upgrade of Philips Intellispace Cardiovascular equipment currently in use by the VA Saint Cloud Health Care System. The equipment is an FDA 510K listed system and can only be modified or updated by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Interested vendors may submit a capability statement, but they must provide proof of certification from the OEM. The scope of work includes the software upgrade of the cardiovascular equipment.
