HDSP Laundry Equipment and Installation

The Nevada Department of Corrections is looking for proposals from qualified vendors to provide laundry equipment for a correctional facility in Nevada. The required equipment includes a Unimac (Equal or better) UW 130 lb Washer Extractor and a Unimac (Equal or better) 170 lb Gas Dryer. The contract also includes the removal and disposal of old equipment, receipt and rigging of new equipment, setting, leveling, and start-up, as well as training of staff. The contract is anticipated to start on 04/01/2026 and end on 04/01/2027. • The vendor must provide new equipment, not used or refurbished. • The vendor must provide a detailed description of the equipment and its specifications. • The vendor must provide a warranty for the equipment. • The vendor must provide training for the staff. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
