Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes from certified Small Business/Micro Business firms for Fire Protection System Services (Sprinklers & Hydrants) at the California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery. The services must be provided as described in the Solicitation for Quote (SFQ) and the Sample Agreement. The term of the agreement will be from July 1, 2026, or upon date of approval, to June 30, 2029.
• The solicitation is open to all eligible certified Small and Micro Businesses that meet the Solicitation for Quote (SFQ) qualification requirements.
• A mandatory walk-through is required on February 4, 2026, at 2 PM.
• All questions must be submitted in writing via email by February 6, 2026, by 2 PM.
• The deadline for responses to questions is February 10, 2026, by 5 PM.
• The solicitation for quotes submittal deadline is February 13, 2026, by 5 PM.
