Description
The US Air Force is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing annual hardware and software maintenance support for two IBML ImageTrac 6 Lite high-speed document scanners. The required services include annual post-warranty hardware and software support, telephone and on-site technical assistance with a 4-hour response time, Defective Media Retention, and a one-time maintenance reinstatement inspection for both scanners. The services will support the Air Force Historical Research Agency (AFHRA) at Maxwell AFB, AL. Key points to consider:
• The Government has identified Imaging Business Machines LLC (IBML) as the only known source capable of providing the required proprietary support.
• The contract period of performance is from 30 Sep 2026 to 29 Sep 2027.
