K--Vehicle Upfitting

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle upfitting services for government-furnished chassis to be converted into mobile command vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the upfitting. The contract will be for a period of approximately 5 months, from December 1, 2025, to May 4, 2026. • The contractor must have experience in vehicle upfitting and must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the work within the required timeframe. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and labor standards. • The contract will be awarded based on a competitive evaluation of proposals, with factors including technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan for the upfitting, including a schedule and budget. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and meets all applicable safety and quality requirements.
