The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is soliciting a contractor to provide courier transportation of laboratory specimens for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Patuxent River, and Joint Base Andrews (JBA). The work consists of multiple fixed‑route runs (A‑J, K) on a daily or weekly schedule, plus on‑demand STAT (emergency) pickups available 24/7 year‑round. Each route is defined with start times, destinations, and frequency (e.g., twice‑daily, Monday‑Friday, Saturday only). The base period is 12 months with up to four optional one‑year extensions, totaling a potential five‑year performance window. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price; on‑demand services are billed only when ordered. The government will provide access and POCs after award.
