Construction of System Improvements – Contract C – Generators

The East Pontotoc Water Association is seeking bids for the construction of system improvements, including the installation of emergency backup generators at three well sites. The project is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the ARPA Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant. The bid schedule can be examined at the Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program or Plan House Printing. Contract documents and plans can be viewed and purchased at Engineering Solutions, Inc. plan room. • The project consists of installing emergency backup generators at three well sites. • The bid schedule can be examined at the Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program or Plan House Printing. • Contract documents and plans can be viewed and purchased at Engineering Solutions, Inc. plan room. • A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the East Pontotoc Water Association, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
