Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide hazardous waste and water testing and analysis services. The contractor must have the technical capability to perform the needed services and document this capability in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services. The evaluation factors for award will be the lowest price technically acceptable.
