The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ProAim Americas, LLC to provide preventive and corrective maintenance of Zeiss optical equipment at several facilities in Wisconsin. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Zeiss Meditec USA, Inc and provide OEM parts and service. The contractor must also demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements, including providing references and proof of OEM certification. * The contract is for maintenance of Zeiss optical equipment at three facilities in Wisconsin. * The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Zeiss Meditec USA, Inc. * The contractor must provide OEM parts and service. * The contractor must demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements. * The contract is for a base year with four option years.
