P62CN02 CMAR Trade RFQ - Ashmont Infrastructure Upgrades Trade Package

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is seeking qualified trade contractors for the Ashmont Infrastructure Upgrades Trade Package. The work involves replacing traction power equipment and upgrading building systems at the Ashmont substation, while keeping the substation operational to support the Mattapan Trolley and Codman Yard. The scope covers multiple trades, including masonry, roofing, waterproofing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, as well as building‑structure repairs and safety system upgrades. • Replace and upgrade traction power electrical equipment (TPSS) without interrupting service. • Perform building‑structure repairs: roof, masonry, waterproofing, and flashing. • Update internal building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low‑voltage, and safety systems. • Provide all required documentation for pre‑qualification, including bonding, safety training, and DCAMM certifications.
