CMCI Services for Parker, Quincy, & Smoky Hill Intersection

The City of Aurora is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Management/Construction Inspection (CMCI) services for the Parker, Quincy, and Smoky Hill Intersection project. The scope of services includes project management, contract administration, construction management, stakeholder coordination, and inspection services. The project aims to reduce congestion, improve operations, and enhance safety along Quincy Avenue at and between the Parker Road and Smoky Hill Road intersections. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring compliance with City, RTD, and CDOT requirements and will work closely with the City's project manager. Key services include: • Project management and coordination • Contract administration and compliance • Construction management and inspection • Stakeholder coordination and communication • Materials testing and documentation • Technical assistance and support The City expects the selected firm to have experience in construction management and inspection services, particularly in transportation infrastructure projects. The firm should be familiar with CDOT's Local Agency Manual and have experience working with local governments.
