Cityview Drive and Truman Avenue Buildout

The City of Richland is seeking bids for the construction of the Cityview Drive and Truman Avenue Buildout project. The project includes the construction of 632 linear feet of Truman Avenue and 1261 linear feet of Cityview Drive, including installation of curb and gutter, sidewalks, base and top course, HMA asphalt, new streetlights, conduit for future fiber optics and Richland Energy Services power, ADA ramps, storm collection, and other incidental work.
