Description
The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Vehicle Retrofit Services - Mobile Medical Van. The successful proposer will be required to retrofit a 2022 Ford Transit van into a mobile medical van, including the installation of a refrigerator/freezer, generator, wiring, Starlink mini wiring and mounting, desk, cabinets, grey water sink, AC/heater, and fan. The proposer must also provide a detailed project schedule and pick-up/delivery process. The anticipated term of any resulting agreement will begin on the date an agreement is executed, and expire on August 31, 2026.
• The proposer must submit a proposal that includes information on their experience and reputation, product/service specifications, and pricing.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
• The proposer must maintain any insurance coverage as required by the agreement during the term thereof.
• The proposer must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TTUHSC, the Texas Tech University System, the State of Texas, and all of their regents, officers, agents, and employees, from and against all actions, suits, demands, costs, damages, liabilities, and other claims of any nature, kind, or description.
