Description
CAL FIRE is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, program, test, commission, and train personnel on a 55‑inch video‑wall system (16 × 55‑in displays) at its Sacramento headquarters, plus the supporting telecommunications infrastructure. The work includes full AV hardware provision, cabling, mounting, seismic‑compliant installation, system programming, end‑user training, and documentation. The contract is fixed‑price for one year, with payment based on accepted deliverables and monthly invoicing. The solicitation emphasizes strict security compliance (SOC 2 Type II, data residency in the continental U.S.) and requires detailed cost worksheets, weekly status reports, and a formal acceptance process.
• Provide all AV hardware (displays, mounts, encoders/decoders, controllers, switches, patch panels, cabling, etc.) and install a 3 × 3 video‑wall configuration.
