Scheduled Cleaning Services for Sioux Falls Foss Field

The State of South Dakota Department of Military is seeking a contractor to provide scheduled cleaning services for the Sioux Falls Foss Field Complex. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the janitorial services as described in the specifications. The required result is to maintain the facility in such a manner as to provide a clean, healthy, and safe work environment for occupants. The contractor will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including emptying waste receptacles, dusting and polishing surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms and other areas. The contractor will also be responsible for providing their own equipment and supplies, including environmentally safe and biodegradable cleaning products. • The contractor must have equipment and staff to adequately perform the specified services. • The contractor must furnish all power equipment and supplies. • The contractor must maintain a secure environment while cleaning the facility. • The contractor must lock the building when leaving and secure gates (if applicable). • The contractor will be required to submit a complete list of all supplies to be used in fulfilling this contract. • The contractor will be responsible for any damage done to any property and will be required to make repairs accordingly.
