RFQ - Metering of Gravity Sewer

The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms for the design and permitting of metering instrumentation installed in existing gravity sewer. The project involves surveying, preparing detailed design plans, obtaining permits, and providing bidding assistance. The selected firm will be expected to complete final plans and specifications within the project schedule. Key aspects of the project include: • Gathering and evaluating available information for cost estimation • Preparing a Basis of Design Report • Obtaining necessary permits and encroachment agreements • Providing construction administration and observation-based services • Meeting the schedule of deliverables outlined by CFPUA The SOQ should be limited to 25 pages or less and submitted in PDF format to [email protected].
