Budget estimate

$500,000 – $3,000,000

The scope involves dozens of high‑end 4K cameras, OLED displays, light sources, wireless transmitters/receivers, and a full suite of accessories plus installation, training, and a 5‑year service plan. Similar hospital‑wide surgical video system procurements typically range from half a million to a few million dollars depending on brand, quantity, and service depth. Assuming an average unit cost of $30‑50k for cameras and displays, plus $200‑300k for integration, training, and warranty, a reasonable ballpark is $0.5 M – $3 M.
