SIGNAGE

The Washtenaw County Purchasing Division is seeking proposals for signage services for various locations in Washtenaw County. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, services, materials, and products to supply, install, and repair both interior and exterior signage. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor will be required to provide a price sheet with unit costs for each sign, installation, and total cost. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA/MIOSHA requirements and the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The contractor must maintain insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance. • The contractor must provide a local vendor preference certification application and affidavit, if applicable. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all required information, including company qualifications, references, and contract provisions.
