Request For Informal Quote (RFIQ) For Color Production Photocopiers

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking informal quote responses for the purchase of two new Color Production Photocopiers. The successful vendor must provide access to all diagnostic software used to troubleshoot, repair, and update the Photocopiers, as well as installation, training, and technical support. The contract will include a minimum 90-day warranty and a 7-year support period. • The Photocopiers must meet specific hardware and software requirements, including a minimum of 120 pages per minute, CMYK, bright pink, silver, gold, textured, and clear toners, and the ability to print up to 12.6’” x 19”. • The vendor must provide a plan for the installation of the new photocopiers, along with a timeline for project completion. • The contract will include pricing for the Photocopiers, maintenance, accessories, connectors, start-up kits, software, installation charges, toner, staple cartridge, training, laptops, iPads, disposal of old copiers, voltage surge suppressors, and all on-site maintenance items.
