Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking a quote for IVANTI Maintenance. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached DRAFT Contract. The anticipated period of performance is from December 15, 2025, to December 14, 2026, with two additional option years. The quote must include the completed Quotation Pricing Sheet, and prices must be quoted in U.S. dollars. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price and meets all technical requirements.
• The quote must remain valid for 60 days.
• The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number.
• The offeror must complete and return the Quotation Pricing Sheet.
• The offeror must provide all labor, services, materials, and equipment in accordance with the DRAFT Contract.
