Network Modernization & Security Compliance Equipment RFP

The City of Wyandotte is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to supply and implement networking equipment to replace its legacy HFC Municipal Network with a modern, secure, and resilient Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) and SD-WAN based architecture. This network upgrade will interconnect all City departments, including Police, Fire, Courts, Water, Powerplant, and Electrical Distribution, through the City's FTTP infrastructure into a centralized data center. • The proposal must include a Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire, Equipment/Material Cost Breakdown, List of Exceptions to Terms and Conditions, Signed Collusion Affidavit, and Signed Mutual NDA. • The Bidder must provide a detailed description of the proposed equipment and services, including pricing and delivery schedules. • The City of Wyandotte reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informal technicalities or defects, and to accept any item on the proposal. • The successful Bidder shall be required to submit a performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract price.
