The Shelby County Board of Education is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and warranty a dual‑pocket lidding (heat‑seal) machine for its Central Nutrition Center. The machine must seal two trays simultaneously, include a touch‑screen controller, optional de‑nester and in‑line thermal‑transfer printer, and be wash‑down safe.
