Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Volpara Health, Inc. for a Volpara Digital Mammography Software License Subscription. The contract is for a proprietary digital mammography software unit to enhance breast imaging services and improve women's health diagnostics. The acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements.

• The contract is for a new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) item only, with no gray market or counterfeit items allowed.
• The vendor must be an authorized distributor or reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
