Description
Fulton County Government is soliciting bids for the procurement of water meters for the Department of Public Works. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price, and will be used as the primary source for the commodities listed in the specifications. The vendor will be obligated to deliver in minimum/maximum quantities contracted for in accordance with the specific conditions of the bid.
• The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a complete bid form, including unit prices and any required attachments.
• The bidder must also provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract will include provisions for payment, delivery, and termination.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to cancel the solicitation at any time.
• The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation document and any subsequent amendments or addenda.
