Description
The Oregon Health Authority is seeking occupational health services for its Public Health Division staff. The services include workforce services, routine health care worker screening and immunity services, bloodborne pathogen services, communicable disease exposure services, and respiratory protection services. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be five years with options to renew up to a maximum of 10 years. The Not-to-Exceed amount for the initial term will be $125,000.00.
