The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA equipment and associated services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The scope of work includes the provision of microcomputers, PCs, servers, and associated peripherals, as well as installation and training services. The contractor must also provide a detailed description of warranty requirements and deliverables. • The contractor must be a certified small business vendor under the Small Business Reserve (SBR) program. • The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid, if applicable. • The contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the bid due date. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables for installation and training.
