Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide new license plate equipment, supplies, and maintenance for the implementation of flat plate production. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, providing training, and performing on-going maintenance. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The vendor must have at least five years of experience in the license plate industry and meet other minimum experience requirements.
• The equipment must meet specific requirements, including printing full-color plates and applying overlaminate to the media after printing.
• The vendor must provide reflective sheeting, pre-printed graphics, and other supplies.
• The vendor must also provide on-going support, including a service desk, on-site support, and emergency equipment repair.
• The vendor must comply with various business compliance exhibits, including anti-discrimination against Israel act certification and employee/conflict of interest disclosure.
