REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CLARK COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION PROJECTS

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking professional services for various projects, including civil engineering, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, material testing, quality assurance, geotechnical engineering, verification survey, owner representation, and staff augmentation. The selected consultant will provide expertise in one or more of these categories. The contract will be for a term of 2 years with a one-year option. The consultant will be required to submit a statement of qualifications, which will be evaluated based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and approach to the project. • The consultant will be responsible for providing technical design services to produce construction contract packages. • The consultant will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination. • The consultant will be required to provide a monthly progress report and to participate in regular meetings with the department. • The consultant will be required to maintain accurate records and to provide access to its books and records as requested by the department.
