Description
The City of Suwanee is seeking a fully integrated governmental software system (ERP) to modernize operations, enhance financial and operational reporting, and ensure compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) best practices. The system must support seamless data sharing, automated workflows, centralized reporting, and provide a secure migration of historical accounting and operational data. Key features include financial management, budget development and forecasting, procurement, grant and contract management, payroll, HR, time management, and benefits administration. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution, including implementation services, training, and ongoing support.
