Description
The Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) is seeking bids for the Parker Terrace Retaining Wall Project. The project involves the construction of a retaining wall, and all bids must be submitted on the form provided by MOH. A Bidders' Conference will be held on March 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid documents will be available electronically on March 2, 2026, after 09:00 A.M.
• The project is subject to all applicable provisions of law and the terms and provisions of the contract documents.
• Bids must be sealed and clearly identified as a bid, signed by the bidder, and enclosed in a sealed envelope.
• All bids must be submitted directly to the MOH Bid Counter before 12:00 P.M. on April 2, 2026.
• The MOH reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
