This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide original‑equipment‑manufacturer (OEM) toner and inkjet cartridges to Gwinnett County on a firm‑price, one‑year contract with up to four renewal options. All cartridges must be new, unopened, OEM‑branded and supplied in original packaging by authorized resellers. The County will issue purchase orders throughout the year and expects vendors to deliver “as‑required” with shipping and inside‑delivery included. Vendors must also address recycling, on‑site leak cleanup, and be willing to accept partial line‑item awards.
• Supply a comprehensive list of ~213 OEM cartridge SKUs (165 HP items plus 48 non‑HP items) with quantity estimates for a 12‑month period.
• Provide unit pricing (firm for the contract term), delivery A.R.O., and responses to mandatory questions (recycling program, leak‑cleanup, OEM confirmation, partial‑award acceptance).
• Submit sealed bids (paper envelope) by 2:50 PM on 14 Sep 2026, including a printed Excel bid schedule and required certifications.
