Landfill Flare Station Upgrade at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill

The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and any/all incidental services necessary for the construction of the new enclosed flare system to combust landfill gas (LFG) and demolition of the existing flares F1 and F2 at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill. The project involves the construction of a new flare system and the demolition of existing flares. The bidder must submit their bid electronically through the MES Procurement Portal. • The project is located at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, 3500 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. • The bidder must provide all materials, equipment, labor, and any/all incidental services necessary for the construction of the new flare system. • The bidder must demolish the existing flares F1 and F2. • The bidder must submit their bid electronically through the MES Procurement Portal. • The bid must be submitted on or before the bid due date.
