26FQ9 Hazardous & Regulated Waste Management Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with qualified contractors for comprehensive hazardous, universal, medical/biohazardous, and other regulated waste management services at Frederick County Public Schools. Services shall include the identification, collection, packaging, transportation, recycling, treatment, and disposal of regulated waste materials generated at District facilities. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, manifests, documentation, and transportation necessary to ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Key aspects of the job include: • Identification, collection, packaging, transportation, recycling, treatment, and disposal of regulated waste materials • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Provision of labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, manifests, documentation, and transportation • Services to be provided at various District facilities, including schools, administrative offices, maintenance shops, warehouses, laboratories, health rooms, and other instructional or operational sites
