Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract for Pyxis Medstation equipment to BD CareFusion. The contract is expected to be awarded under RFO FAR Part 12. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the contracting officer. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 12.102(a) “Soliciting from a Single Source.” The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing.
• The contract is for Pyxis Medstation equipment in accordance with the Schedule/SOW.
• Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• Prospective contractors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the proposed equipment/system.
• All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
