CalSTRS seeks a single senior‑level test analyst to support User Acceptance Testing for its BenefitConnect pension‑administration system. The consultant will join the test team, review and coordinate test cases, manage defect tracking, conduct regression testing, and produce testing deliverables such as strategies, plans, traceability matrices, and defect reports. Work will be performed on‑site at CalSTRS headquarters in West Sacramento CA 2–3 days per week (hybrid model) under an hourly‑rate contract lasting up to 24 months with a possible 36‑month extension. • Minimum 7 years recent test‑analysis experience on large‑scale enterprise systems. • Required experience with ALM/Jama‑type test management tools (≥ 3 years). • Must hold a current California IT CMAS agreement (and GSA pricing) and be able to submit all required attachments by the November 6 2026 deadline. • Estimated effort ≈ 172 billable hours per month, paid at the vendor’s negotiated hourly rate.
