Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Coconut Creek is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide landscape maintenance services, including mulching, fertilization, and pest control. The services will be performed in accordance with the scope of services, terms, and conditions contained in the Request for Proposals. The proposal must include a treatment schedule, and the proposer is responsible for visiting and inspecting the proposed sites prior to submission. The city has provided a revised treatment schedule, which includes mulching, St. Augustine turf fertilization, St. Augustine turf weed control, tree fertilization, palm tree fertilization, shrub and groundcover fertilization, and fire ant treatment. • Mulching will be performed two times per year, in May and November. • St. Augustine turf fertilization will be performed three times per year, in March, June, and September. • St. Augustine turf weed control will be performed two times per year, in March and September. • Tree fertilization will be performed two times per year, in March and September. • Palm tree fertilization will be performed three times per year, in March, June, and September. • Shrub and groundcover fertilization will be performed three times per year, in March, June, and September. • Fire ant treatment will be performed two times per year, in April and October.
