The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is soliciting offers for the renewal of the Labworks Assist Support Plan for the existing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software used by the TCEQ Sugar Land Laboratory. The plan includes support services such as license software and documentation updates, telephone help desk, email support, remote support sessions, and escalation process. The contract period is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
• The Labworks Assist Support Plan provides support services for LABWORKS.
