Bastrop ISD Automotive Maintenance, Repair and Supplies

The Bastrop Independent School District is seeking proposals for automotive maintenance, repair, and supplies for its fleet of vehicles. The fleet consists of various types of vehicles, including passenger automobiles, light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, SUVs, passenger vans, cargo vans, and box trucks. The selected vendor will be required to provide services such as oil changes, chassis lubes, transmission fluid changes, coolant flushes, mechanical and body repairs, and other miscellaneous accessories and/or supplies. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. • The vendor must have experience in providing automotive maintenance and repair services. • The vendor must be able to provide a fixed price mechanic’s hourly labor rate and a proposed discount rate on repair parts. • The vendor must be able to provide a warranty for parts and labor. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
