797 Broadway Entry Canopy & Vestibule Renovations

NOTICE TO BIDDERSRFB-2026-43797 BROADWAY ENTRY CANOPY & VESTIBULE RENOVATIONS The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids for the 797 Broadway Entry Canopy & Vestibule Renovations project at 797 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305. There will be two (2) prime contracts. Digital copies of specifications may be obtained from BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by submitting a request to the Purchasing Department at [email protected]. Paper copies may be picked up at the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, Schenectady County Office Building at 620 State Street, Schenectady, New York, 12305 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays, but must be requested via email 24 hours in advance. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on two dates, in which prospective bidders are required to attend one of the two walkthroughs. Failure to attend one of the on-site walkthroughs will be considered grounds for bid disqualification. The first walkthrough will be held on May 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The second walkthrough will be held on May 7, at 3:00PM. Both walkthroughs will be at 797 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305. Those interested are asked to meet at the front entrance of the 797 Broadway building. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Bid” and stating 797 Broadway Entry Canopy & Vestibule Renovations, RFB-2026-43, to the Purchasing Agent, no later than May 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be opened. Bid Security shall be submitted with each bid as described in General Instructions to Bidders. Woman and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
