Description
The State of Oregon, Employment Department is seeking bids from qualified individuals or firms to provide ongoing maintenance and repair services to the roof at the OED Ontario Field Office. The preventative maintenance shall include semi-annual maintenance, through detailed inspections of the roof's envelope, cleaning of surfaces, snow removal, responding to service calls, and replacement of minor parts and components as needed. The contract term shall not exceed five years.
• The Bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 12, 2025.
• The Bidder must submit its bid electronically through OREGONBUYS on or before November 24, 2025.
• The Bidder must provide a list of three references comparable in size and scope.
• The Bidder must complete an Affidavit of Compliance with Tax Laws.
• The Bidder must complete a Responsibility Inquiry form.
