Millpond Park Plaza

This project involves a comprehensive renovation of Millpond Park adjacent to City Hall in Fenton, Michigan. The scope includes demolition of existing features, construction of new concrete seating walls, multiple retaining walls, new paving surfaces, brick pavers, a wooden deck, upgraded lighting, landscaping, planting beds, and assorted site furnishings. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid basis with a mandatory 5 % bid bond and partial funding from the Michigan RAP 2.0 Grant. • Removal of existing park elements and site preparation • Construction of amphitheater‑style concrete seat walls and retaining walls • Installation of concrete paving, brick pavers, a wood deck, lighting, and landscaping • Bid security: minimum 5 % bid bond; no withdrawals for 90 days after opening • Funding partially from the Revitalization and Placemaking Program (RAP 2.0)
