Texas Tech University is seeking a comprehensive, cloud‑based Research Administration Platform (eRAP) to manage the full lifecycle of sponsored research—including proposal development, award setup, compliance tracking, sub‑award management, reporting, and close‑out. The solution must integrate with existing campus systems (Banner, Canvas, Jaggaer) and mandatory compliance tools (CITI, iRIS, Pivot RP), provide extensible APIs for future ERP migrations, support AI‑tool integration, and meet stringent security and accessibility standards (FedRAMP/TX‑RAMP, Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA).
