Description
The 42nd Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is seeking information for a 12-month license renewal and support service agreement for its Netwrix Data Classification Software. The software provides PII mitigation and containment on the SAN for all of Maxwell A.F.B. The contractor shall provide updated licensing keys, access to version upgrades, and unlimited 7x24x365 technical telephone support. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years.
• The contractor must comply with security requirements, including obtaining base identification and vehicle passes for personnel.
• The contractor must report any information that may pose a threat to the security of DoD personnel, contractor personnel, resources, and classified or unclassified defense information.
• The contractor must comply with base traffic regulations and cellular phone operation policies.
• The contractor must not establish their own IT systems or networks without permission.
