Capitol Complex Central Plant Building Renovation

The Department of General Services is seeking proposals for the Capitol Complex Central Plant Building Renovation project. The project includes general, HVAC, and electrical construction, with estimated ranges of $9-10 million for general construction, $13-14 million for HVAC construction, and $9-10 million for electrical construction.
