Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 2000 pressure-sensitive decals with permanent adhesive, also known as RAM stickers. The stickers must be 1 x 3 inches in size, with a trim size of 3 x 1 inch, and must be printed on the face of the sticker with type, rule matter, illustration, and heavy solid in four-color process. The contractor must apply a non-yellowing matte coating or laminate and trim four sides with rounded corners. The stickers must be mounted on a suitable backing sheet, wound 50 stickers on a suitable core, and have perforation on the carrier sheet. The contractor is responsible for creating the die line. The product must be delivered to the Southwest Region GPO by 12/18/2025.
Key requirements include:
• Digital printing is acceptable, but quality level III standards must be maintained
• The product must be durable and water-resistant
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery with their invoice for payment
