Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking experienced design firms to provide design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for the Division of Juvenile Justice's New Modular Office project at the Cabarrus Youth Development Center. The project scope includes the design and construction of a 24 Ft x 70 Ft modular building with seven offices, one storage room, two accessible restrooms, and other necessary features. The selected firm will work with the department to determine the best location for the new modular office and provide full architecture and engineering design services.

• The selected firm will be responsible for all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office.
• The project budget is $690,000.
