Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is soliciting quotes for the purchase and on-site installation of a Lift-Out Shuttle. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the installation and include a minimum of one year manufacturer warranty for materials and installation. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, services, materials, and equipment in accordance with the attached draft purchase order. The contractor must also provide sufficient documentation to permit thorough evaluation of the equivalency of their offer to the product specified.
• The Lift-Out Shuttle must meet the salient characteristics requirements of the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a signed Quotation Pricing Sheet.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act.
