California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive exterior renovation services for the Ventura Maintenance Facility. The work includes removal and disposal of existing windows and exterior doors, installation of new dual‑pane windows and pre‑hung doors, re‑keying of doors, and full exterior painting of walls, trim, and gutters. All permits, labor, materials, travel, and incidentals are the contractor’s responsibility, and the project must comply with prevailing‑wage, small‑business, and DVBE requirements. • Remove 7 existing windows; install 10 new dual‑pane windows (tint, aluminum frames)
• Remove 3 exterior doors; install 3 new steel/aluminum pre‑hung doors, re‑key, hardware, and sealing
• Power‑wash, prime, and paint approx. 1,008 sf of exterior surfaces (walls, trim, gutters)
